Young & Able LLC (Y&A) offers shipping and handling, exchanges and returns globally.
Y&A accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. A 8.875% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a New York address.
Shipping and Handling
Confirmed orders will be processed and be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Note 1: International Standard does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select either the Priority or Express option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot predict and have no control over these charges or delays. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.
What happens if my shipment doesn’t arrive when expected?
All shipments have tracking numbers, and questions regarding any aspect or delay in delivery should be directed to the courier, the USPS. Their information is provided below:

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to circumstances outside of the control of Y&A. Extreme weather, unforeseen events, or any other issues affecting the courier service may delay the delivery of shipments.
Y&A orders cannot be cancelled once processed, as they may already be prepared and delivered to the courier service for shipment.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Apothecary, underwear and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Classes are non-refundable. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should the Merchandise no longer appear saleable or does not meet the return standards of Young & Able.
If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, please follow the below instruction. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.

What happens if the courier is unable to deliver my shipment and it is returned to Y&A?
Due to the cost and labor associated with the return of Merchandise, a Restocking Fee equal to 25% of the price of the Merchandise will be assessed if a shipment is returned to Y&A by the courier if they are unable to deliver the shipment to the customer for any reason. This will be based on the policies of the courier, and Y&A cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries or failure to pick up a shipment.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
